I can tell today's going to be good, lol.

I really want to get my exercise in everyday, but I don't want to make that my effort, lol. My main project for today and tomorrow is to get the playroom painted and put back together. Yesterday I cleaned out that room and conveniently put everything around the eliptical machine so that I can't get to it to exercise :) I'll admit that it was half conscious.

This morning I woke up thinking about running. I decided that I was going to go jogging after I dropped Grace off to school. Nice time to take up running since the snow is going to fly any day now, but that's okay. I bundled up Abby and Kate, grabbed water, and my ipod shuffle. So my plan was to jog blog and walk a blog. The first block was up hill :) Needless to say I was DYING (yes that's after one block). I made it about 5 blocks doing that and then Abby started saying "Mom what's wrong? Why are you so tired?" At that point I started to walk back home and remember a layout that I did almost two years ago now. It totally explains me, lol:



Maybe I'll try again tomorrow and skip the big hill :) Wish me luck. Have a great day!

Hi!

I'm finally here :)


Why is it so blasted hard to be good all of the time?! Needless to say I was choosing the wrong path (junk food) and now I'm back on track. As of today I'm down 2ish pounds from where I started. That's after gaining 1.8 pounds last week (OUCH!). So I'm feeling focused and have been doing great for the last 30 hours or so, lol. I just need to get with the program when it comes to exercising. My favorite things right now are these Fiber One bars:



Oh so good and only 2 little points! I better go pick up Grace. See you soon ;)
